We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Provide ongoing technical and functional support for various business applications and systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, escalating to development teams when necessary.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
Assist in the implementation and testing of new features, systems, and process changes.
Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a Business Support Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, SQL, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with business process mapping and requirements elicitation.
