The Role: Software Solutions Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Software Solutions Specialist to play a key role in the full lifecycle of our software projects. From initial client engagement and requirements gathering to system design, development, implementation, and ongoing support, you will be responsible for translating complex business needs into robust and scalable software solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating impactful custom solutions. You will work with various technologies, including enterprise software and modern SaaS platforms, often integrating with cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, define, and document business requirements for new software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in choosing appropriate technologies and architectural patterns.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of software with existing client systems and third-party APIs.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the software engineering domain.
• Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record as a Software Solutions Specialist.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Node.js, Go) and relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end architectures.
• Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• A strong portfolio of successfully delivered software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience developing SaaS products or large-scale enterprise software.
